Cash prizes and global recognition awaits winners of the next Young Members Papers Competition – but you have to be in it to win it!
Applicants have just a few weeks left to submit their abstracts for the contest on September 20, 2023, part of the 12th International Conference on Geosynthetics (ICG) in Rome from September 17-21, 2023. The 12th ICG is themed ‘Geosynthetics: leading the way to a resilient planet’.
Ten finalists will have conference registration fees waived, plus there’s a cash prize for the top three papers. The winner will get $1,000 and feature in an exclusive interview on the IGS website. Second and third placed winners will receive $600 and $300, respectively.
For a chance to share your ideas on a global stage, submit your abstract entries by February 28, 2022. Full papers will be needed by September 29, 2022, before finalists are announced on January 10, next year, and final papers required by March 30.
