Join Kent von Maubeuge in March when he will discuss geosynthetic clay liners (GCL) and their many applications in his talk ‘Geosynthetic clay liners for dams and dykes’.
The lecture will explore various geosynthetic sealing materials in applications including dyke flood protection, water dams, canal liners, and underwater installation. The materials’ relative economic, sustainability and technical advantages will also be discussed.
Mr von Maubeuge helped establish the TC-B and has been involved in the geosynthetics industry for more than 30 years. He has served on various professional associations and standards bodies including DIN, CEN, ISO, The Geosynthetic Institute and ASTM International.
